Adam Brody is Hot in his deputy uniform! He will play young cop who just graduated in college. New members of the hit franchise are Erik Knudsen as the character which is similar to Jamie Kennedy's from the originals, Marley Shelton (Who replaced Lake Bell) is the Woodsboro deputy sheriff who went to high school with Sydney but the latter can't remember her, Alison Brie as Sydney's assistant who is envious about her boss's fame (being killed?! FAME?!), Emma Roberts will play as Sydney's cousin. I think Emma will replace Neve as the main protagonist of the series.Hayden Panettiere is Kirby the film nerd.Rory Culkin, Anthony Anderson & Mary McDonnell joins the cast as well.
The original writer Kevin Williamson dropped out of the project,which is sad and scary for the movie!,Is now Replaced by Scream 3 writer Ehren Kruger.Changes happened throughout the scripts and even the casts have their own reactions! We just hope that he will not change a LOT from Kevin Williamson's script which I think is BETTER!!
