I like this concept of ABS-CBN, the Kapamilya network offers another teleserye that centers in life of a young father, it's not the usual" teenage mom" story like the one portrayed by Erich Gonzales in "Katorse". This time around we will see a boy's point of view, how he will stand up for his loved ones? Will Angelito be brave to face an early responsibility?. JM de Guzman (Mula Sa Puso)returns as Angelito and he will be paired once again to Charee Pineda. JM will be supported by Snooky Serna, Al Tantay, Matt Evans, Devon Seron and returning KapamilyaElizabeth Oropesa. The new teleserye "Angelito: Batang Ama" will premiere this November 14th.

ABS-CBN launched their OBB(Opening Billborad) for Summer 2011 during ASAP Rocks Cebu yesterday. The theme for this year's OBB is "Be the Best as You can Be, Bida Best sa Tag-Araw", as you can see with the Sampaguita vendor who can be a Ballerina for example. Written by Love Rose de Leon and Nino Anglo, the song is performed by Star Power Grand winner Angeline Quinto with rapper J.O.L.O. ABS-CBN's Creative Communications Management never fails to impress their Kapamilya with their ideas and creative OBB's every year. Some of ABS-CBN's biggest stars were MIA in this video like John Lloyd Cruz, Piolo Pascual, Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, Judy Ann Santos, Aga Muhlach and Sharon Cuneta. Even the Network's News division were not seen in this OBB. So I'm really sure that an extended version will be release to feature other stars. What I also like about this station ID is the "Jump" shot theme, makes me wanna have my Jump shot later! And the song is really catchy. Erich Gonzales leads the powerhouse casts of the Philippine remake of "Maria la del Barrio". This is ABS-CBN's next offering for Kapamilya Gold. Enchong Dee will once again reunite with Erich and he will play the sensual Luis Fernando. The rest of the casts are Ian Veneracion, K Brosas, Katya Santos, Paw Diaz, Atoy Co, Gio Alvarez, Tricia Santos, Inno Martin, Justin Gonzales and Angel Aquino with the special participation of Ms. Aiai delas Alas. ABS-CBN's Kapamilya Gold teased us with two upcoming remakes that will surely dominates the afternoon block this 2011. In partnership with Televisa, the Kapamilya network once again paired Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee (photo above) for a more sensual version of "Maria la del Barrio". On the other hand Lauren Young will be launch as a new face in drama as she lead the powerhouse casts of "Mula Sa Puso". This summer, The Kapamilya network will serve once again a telenovela remake from Mexico. From Televisa to ABS-CBN. The country's hottest love team will top billed "Maria la del Barrio". Enchong Dee is Luis Fernando and Erich Gonzales will play the role that popularized by Mexico's telenovela queen, Thalia. Maria la del Barrio is coming soon on primetime bida and as Enchong described it his role is not sexy but sensual. Are you excited for "Maria la del Barrio"?
On March 7, another primera-serye will have it's pilot on primetime bida of ABS-CBN."Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin" is Lead by Coco Martin, Andi Eigenmann and Maja Salvador with Martin del Rosario. This will also mark the return on TV of Lorna Tolentino, Amy Austria and John Estrada. ABS-CBN just released the 2nd trailer for this teleserye and they reveal a new plot in the story. Coco Martin will play a dual role plus a short prequel that will star Albert Martinez, Angel Aquino, Agot Isidro, Xian Lim, Erich Gonzales as the young Amy and Kim Chiu as the young Lorna.
