I loved writing my post on How to be Fashionable at Work! But I also wanted to highlight a few things that we should avoid while dressing up for office. The idea is look pretty as well as professional :)
Flaunting the Red Bra Strap
Just because you shopped some sexy lingerie over the weekend does not mean that your colleagues need to see them! They are called 'inner wear' for a purpose. Let them stay inside! Of course sometimes we can't avoid it but doing it on purpose is not really as fashionable as some women think it is!
Not looking good even on the Celebrities!
Half Painted Nails
Either have the nails painted or not painted. the middle way does not look too nice here! It is rather unprofessional to shake hands with nails like those!
Too Tight/ Too Short/ Too Deep
Of course we all want to look fabulous everywhere, but whatever we must feel comfortable and confident about what we wear! Wear tight or short or deep as long as you can carry them off with ease. We have so many things to worry about at work and the length of the skirt or the plunging neckline is the last thing I would like to add my long list of worrisome things at work!
Untidy Hair
The look is incomplete without neat hair! Do spend 2 more minutes in front of the mirror to just do the hair up. You don't want people to get scared by your look!
